Activate your warranty, verify authenticity, and join the ADEL community. Registration takes about a minute and only needs to be done once.

How it works

Locate your serial

Laser-engraved on the side of the paddle head, and printed on the thank you card inside your presentation box. Serials read ADEL-001-0000.

Verify authenticity

We check the serial against the Drop 001 production ledger and return the unit number and build date. A serial that is already claimed will be rejected — which is exactly what you want to know before buying secondhand.

Activate coverage

Register within 30 days of purchase for 5-year coverage. After 30 days the standard 2-year limited warranty applies. Full detail on the warranty page.

Lost your activation code, or bought your paddle secondhand? Email support@getadel.com with the serial and proof of purchase.
